UAE Lottery reveals identity of first-ever Dh30 million grand prize winner
Dh5 million second prize remained unclaimed in the Eid draw
DUBAI – UAE Lottery has revealed the first name of the resident who made history by winning the first-ever Dh30 million grand prize under its new twice-weekly Lucky Day draw format.
The jackpot winner, identified as Tayab K**, secured the life-changing prize during Lucky Day Draw No. 260527 held on Wednesday night, coinciding with Eid Al Adha celebrations across the UAE.
The operator disclosed the partial identity on its official website, following its long-standing practice of revealing only limited details of major winners.
The historic jackpot marked the first Dh30 million grand prize win since the revamped Lucky Day format was introduced in December 2025. The lottery operator has not yet released the winner’s nationality or additional background details. Tayab K** now appears in the winners’ section of the website under the special “Super Win” designation, accompanied by celebratory graphics highlighting the record-setting achievement.
The partial disclosure follows earlier cases in which the UAE Lottery revealed limited identities of major winners, including the Dh100 million jackpot winner from the previous format and the first Dh5 million second-prize winner announced earlier this year.
In a post on X, the operator described the latest result as another historic milestone, noting that it was also the first-ever Wednesday grand prize winner under the current structure.

During Draw No. 260527, the winning Days numbers were 20, 9, 4, 22, 24, and 18, while the Months number selected was 8. Three Lucky Chance ID winners also secured Dh50,000 each, with the names partially disclosed as VenkateJ, Ibrahim I** and Petru O**.
The Dh5 million second prize remained unclaimed in the Eid draw. The UAE Lottery said further details about the Dh30 million winner would be announced later.

The next Lucky Day draw is scheduled for Saturday, May 30, continuing the twice-weekly Wednesday and Saturday format introduced after the lottery’s restructuring last year.
The Lucky Day game requires participants to match all six Days numbers along with the Month number to claim the Dh30 million grand prize. Each entry costs Dh50, including VAT, and automatically enters players into the Lucky Chance raffle draw.
